Kashi Go Lean Cereal

I was a weight lifting gal before we moved. I went to a gym where you had one on one training for weight lifting. I've never been in such fabulous shape, ever! I was also taught about my choices with eating. I quickly toned up (I'm a skinny girl anyways but wasn't firm). 1 1/2 years after our move & no weight training in the same way, I'm getting mushy. UGH. I need a bowflex or some resistance training. But on to the cereal. I've eaten Kashi go Lean for years. I pour a serving in a plastic cup each day & munch on this on my way home. Besides having a fabulous taste, it's healthy & has a ton of protein in it! This is the only cereal I'll eat! I can munch on it at home, in the car, or anywhere! 9 grams of protein + great fiber is hard to find in something that doesn't taste like cardboard. I'm a customer for life!
